Mike Monsive - CEO

Mike Monsive has been recognized many times by the security industry as leader and trend setter. His experience in entrepreneurship and running businesses in the security industry is evident in his successful past. As the owner and CEO of ASAP Security Services Mr. Monsive has attracted many large noteworthy customers. Many of the customers started on a trial basis with just one location. This just opened the door enough for Mr. Monsive to kick it wide open. Now many of these customers are exclusive with ASAP Security. His attention to detail is apparent through the appearance and operation of his companies. Recently, Mr. Monsive was named in the top 20 under 30 in the security industry. Last year alone, ASAP Security Services was named in excess of 15 different publications including the Houston Business Journal, Security Dealer Magazine, and Construction News. His drive extends beyond his successful security business to the desire to provide solutions to security problems that haven’t been tackled yet. This is evident in his patented mobile surveillance system, the CAM-V. He was first to market and the absolute trend setter in the mobile surveillance market. If he can design a system to perform in an area with absolutely no infrastructure, imagine what he can do for your facilities.


Ty Ladner - CFO, CPA, MBA

Ty Ladner possesses over 12 years of public accounting experience and 12 years in executive leadership of start up and middle market companies. As an audit and tax manager, Ty consulted on projects such as mergers and acquisitions, financing opportunities, audit and tax planning strategies for manufacturing, construction, and service companies. After leaving public accounting, Ty’s focus was on implementing accounting and control processes on start up, growth oriented companies owned by venture capitalists as well as growing and streamlining middle market companies. As Chief Financial Officer, Ty is responsible for treasury, accounting, internal controls, leasing, corporation's audit, tax and growth strategies. Mr. Ladner holds a Bachelor's degree in Finance and Accounting from the University of Texas at Austin and an Executive MBA from Houston Baptist University.


Jeff Enlow – Operations Manager

Jeff Enlow has more than 13 years of experience in the Security, Fire alarm, CCTV and Access control industry. He started as a technician and through his hard work, detailed mindset and extensive thirst to learn; he worked his way up to become the Service Manager for his previous company in 2 years. Mr. Enlow brings extensive knowledge of the business to the table in areas such as installation, training, programming, sales and technical support to his team. He holds a Texas Department of Public Safety Private Security License and a Texas Residential Fire Alarm License. He is factory trained in many of the leading manufacturers in the industry.


James Weston – Senior Project Manager

Mr. Weston has a vast amount of experience in the Security Industry. From technician, to senior technician, to project manager, to operations manager, to branch manager, etc. he has done it all. During his career he has the opportunity to work of numerous different platforms. His experience in the project management field allowed him to oversee hundreds of installations and he was the single point of contact for several national account companies that had thousands of locations. Many days you can find Mr. Weston actually out in the field turning screws himself on the projects he manages. His hands on approach allow his projects to come in on time and to customer’s satisfaction.


Mark Strace – Project Manager

Mark Strace has over 28 years experience in the Security industry, ranging from pre-wiring houses to large project installations and management. Mark has a Texas state security installers license as well as a Fire Alarm License (RAS-0535). He has hands on, as well as factory training on Bosch Fire alarm panels, Bosch security alarm panels, DVR’s, cameras, network interface and Bosch’s central station receiving equipment. HE has training in AMAG access control and video interface system, Pelco Cameras, Spectra domes, Matrix switchers and DVR’s. He has attended factory training on the ONSSI Network DVR and Video display systems. His training/experience also includes Silent Knight, Firelite, Northern Computers, Axis CCTV, Veridt biometric readers, GE Sapphire Access Control software, and Integral DVR’s to mention a few. Marks background has allowed him to work on large and small projects with such customers as Harris County Facilities and maintenances dept, Memorial Hermann Hospital, Harris County Hospital District security, Spring Branch ISD, Galena Park ISD, Port of Houston, and State of Texas Department of Corrections. Mark has Military experience which he served 7 years in the US Navy as a Communications Technician. He has an Associate’s Degree in Applied Arts and Sciences Electronics.


Jon Bennett – Solutions Coordinator

The hallmark of Jon Bennett’s tenure in systems integration has been his earnest pursuit of perfection and meticulous attention to detail. While reverse engineering oilfield air compressor assemblies at a fabrication firm, Jon restructured the entire design database and increased plant efficiency by an order of magnitude. During his tour at a DVR manufacturer, he served as the final bulwark of quality control – markedly improving both end-user satisfaction and process expediency. Jon’s two-year tenure at ASAP Security Services has been distinguished by his aforementioned ambition for excellence. NICET-certified and seasoned by experience, he not only separates himself and ASAP Security Services from their peers through fidelity of design – but also through fidelity of process.


Technical Staff

ASAP Security Services and our professional team consist of qualified and committed employees. Our field services technicians, supervisors, and executive coordinators are all licensed alarm installers and/or alarm managers by the Texas Department of Public Safety Private Security Board. They have complied with all requirements, including testing and complete FBI background checks. Furthermore, ASAP Security Services employs numerous technicians that are Fire alarm Licensed by the Texas Department of Insurance State Fire Marshall Office. We also have a licensed Alarm Planning Superintendent on staff. Our technicians are certified to install and repair the products we represent. Several of our technicians and staff are certified by Microsoft, CISCO, and COMP-TIA to ensure problem free installations and service on large intergrated systems. In addition to our technicians and their supervisors, ASAP Security Services has dedicated and detail oriented project, operations, sales, and accounting managers, and full time computerized design team with AutoCAD expertise.
